Scott Birch

Background and Education

Scott grew up in Richmond, B.C. He was called to the bar in 2006, after having obtained a Bachelor of Arts at McGill University in 2001 and his law degree at the University of Manitoba in 2005.

Scott has a unique background as both a solicitor and litigator, and has extensive experience in the areas of real estate, wills and estates (including trusts), corporate/commercial and personal injury law. Most of his practice is now solicitor’s work, involving basic transactions/estate planning to much more complicated work. Scott acts for many real estate developers, business owners, and farmers in the Fraser Valley area and throughout the province.

Scott is a proud resident of Hope, BC, where he lives on a small farm property with his wife and an assortment of well-loved indoor pets, horses, and chickens. Scott is a fan of the Vancouver Canucks and Seattle Seahawks and, in his spare time, in addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys golfing, shooting hoops, and splitting and stacking firewood on the property.
